1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DO Mailbox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all US and Canadian customers.
2. Services
DO Mailbox provides business email infrastructure services including custom domain email, security features, admin controls, and analytics. See our pricing for available plans.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You agree to use services only for lawful business purposes
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to send spam, malware, phishing emails, or any content that violates applicable US or Canadian laws including CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We provide a 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee. In the event of downtime below this threshold, customers are eligible for service credits. Full SLA details available in your account agreement.
6. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in USD. See pricing for details. Payments are due upon invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment after 10 days notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. You have 30 days post-termination to export your data before deletion.
8. Governing Law
Governed by Delaware law for US customers; Ontario law for Canadian customers.
